DIRECTIONS: Take the A851 Sleat Road south, continue past the Sabhal Mor Ostaig College then take the right turn signposted to Achnacloich, Tarskavaig and Tokavaig. Travel along this road until the sea lies ahead and the road bends sharply to the right (with Gillean House on the corner). Continue along this road as it passes the signposted road on your right into Achnacloich (do NOT turn into Achnacloich) and climbs steeply up towards the viewpoint. The road bend to the right and goes over a cattle grid. You will pass the village hall on your right and then you need to turn left down into Tarskavaig. At the red telephone box you take the turning to the right, up the hill. Burnbank Cottage is the fourth exit from the lane, the cottage lying adjacent to the lane and the sunroom facing towards the sea.
